Information you send

Consultation and support forms collect the contact details and message you choose to provide. Consultation requests may also include your phone number, time zone, tank details, and urgency.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, schedule service, troubleshoot delivery problems, and maintain a minimal record of requests. We do not sell form submissions.

Where it is processed

The website and form API run on Cloudflare. Form records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and notification email is sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Their infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address and browser information.

Retention and deletion

We keep request records only as long as reasonably needed for support, operations, and legal obligations. To request access or deletion, email [email protected].

Analytics

The rebuilt site does not load the legacy Google Analytics tag by default. If analytics are added later, this notice should be updated before collection begins.
